Deutsche Bank today announced the appointment of Angus Barker as the Head of Melbourne M&A. Barker brings almost 20 years of investment banking experience in M&A, Sponsors and Coverage in Hong Kong, Australia and London.

Barker joined Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong in mid-2007 as Head of Financial Sponsors Asia-Pacific where he built a market leading team. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Barker was Head of M&A in Asia for UBS, having spent 17 years at the firm in Melbourne, London and Hong Kong, including roles in the NRG, FIG and Sponsor Coverage teams.
